Dille & Kamille is one of the most beloved stores in the Netherlands, known for its calm atmosphere and timeless products for home, garden and kitchen.

During my time at SVT, we helped strengthen the brand expression within the stores. By looking at the entire customer journey, we developed solutions for navigation, added inspiration and introduced clearer brand communication throughout the retail environment. The goal was to make the values and story of Dille & Kamille more visible and tangible for visitors.
