Isn't this satisfying to watch? You're looking at the production of the 'Ik boek' journal in Latvia.

The Ik Book is a guided journal for children and parents, created together with EFT coach Odette Koelewijn. The project grew from our shared passion for parenting, personal development and creating meaningful tools for families.

Odette works with children who struggle at school in her coaching practice in Amsterdam, helping them build confidence and emotional awareness. Together we developed the book from start to finish, including concept development, content, writing, illustrations and marketing. The book was published by Vesper Kids Publishing.

As a designer, entrepreneur and mother of four daughters, I experienced firsthand how powerful reflection and conversation can be for children. That experience shaped the creation of the Ik boek: a journal that helps children better understand their thoughts and feelings, while creating meaningful moments between parent and child.
