Sweet Bunny is a hair vitamin brand I co-owned and ran for three years.

Together with Koos van der Beek, I brought this American hair vitamin brand to Europe and reshaped it from the inside out. Production moved from Canada to Europe, new formulas were developed, and the brand evolved into something more relevant, more conscious and more complete.

At its core, Sweet Bunny was always about confidence. Supporting people in growing stronger, healthier hair, and feeling better because of it. That belief guided everything, from product development to the way the brand showed up.

Sustainability became an essential part of the journey. We worked with social workshops, chose recycled materials where possible, and developed new products like the beloved Sweet Bunny Detangle Brush, that massages the scalp and is made from straw-based, biodegradable materials.

Selling across markets such as Europe, Scandinavia, the US, Malaysia and Qatar meant learning by doing. From export and regulations to B2B and direct-to-consumer, this was where strategy, product and reality came together.
